I've never started a company before. Can this still work?

Absolutely. Most of the founders we work with are starting their first company. You don't need startup experience — you need deep knowledge of a real problem. We handle the parts you haven't done before: building the product, finding the business model, raising money, and navigating the legal and operational setup. That's why we exist.

How is this different from an accelerator?

Accelerators run fixed programs — usually 3 months — with dozens of companies at once. We join your team as a cofounder and stay as long as you need us. No batches, no demo days, no countdown clock. We work with a small number of founders at a time so we can go deep, not wide.

What equity do you take?

We take meaningful equity — typically in the range you'd offer any cofounder — because we do cofounder-level work. The exact terms depend on how early you are and how much we're building together. But the principle is simple: we earn our stake by building alongside you every day, not by writing a check and walking away. We walk through the details openly in our first conversation.

How much time do you actually spend with each company?

This isn't office hours. We work full weeks alongside a small number of founders at a time. Standups, product reviews, customer calls, code commits — the same rhythm you'd have with any cofounder.

What if I already have a technical cofounder?

Accepted Answer

That's great — it means we can focus on the other gaps: sales strategy, fundraising, operations, design, or whatever your team needs most. We adapt to fill the missing pieces, not duplicate what you already have.

I'm not technical. Is that a problem?

Accepted Answer

Not at all — that's the whole point. You bring the expertise in your industry and the relationships with potential customers. We bring the product development and design. Most founding teams work exactly this way: someone who knows the problem paired with someone who can build the solution.

What stage should I be at?

Anywhere from napkin sketch to paying customers. The earlier you bring us in, the more we can shape together. But we've also joined founders mid-flight to help them scale what's already working.
